As the immortal words of that famous Ulster Scot and the first man on the moon Neill Armstrong it was “one small step for man… one giant leap for mankind”. While organising parades again is a small step the symbolism is huge as our community lead by the bands community get back on the road to normality.

The dedication of bands men and women have shone through as they have got back into step and taken to the streets. Saturdays annual Tullaghans Sons of Liberty band parade was a welcome step for the town and was brilliantly managed and marshalled.

We look forward to seeing them lead our Tullaghans Lodge on the Twelfth as we take to the streets of Ballymoney once more.
