The Sash and Chain of Office

The Chain is of silver bearing the names of all the previous Imperial Grand Masters,

and replaced an embroidered collarette which had been used and usually presented

to the Imperial Grand Master upon the occasion of his leaving office.

The Chain was specially commissioned and presented to the Imperial Grand Lodge by

Wor. Bro Dennis Carter Past District Master, ILOI No. 24.

It was presented in 1988 in order to be used in the upcoming Tercentenary Events.
