We were pleased to be in attendance this evening at the Testimonial Dinner for Most Worshipful Brother Edward Stevenson to mark his tenure as Grand Master of the Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland.
Addressing the gathering, Imperial Grand Master Right Worshipful Brother Phil Moffatt, congratulated Edward on his fifteen years of service in the position and commended him on his dedication to the Orange cause and leadership in upholding the Protestant Reformed faith.
A number of brethren from the Independent Order joined with the Imperial Grand Master for this auspicious occasion and they were all made most welcome.
We also took the opportunity to congratulate the newly appointed Grand Master Most Worthy Brother Harold Henning for securing the top position within the Grand Lodge of Ireland. We look forward to working with him in the future to enhance the fraternal links between our Orange institutions and promote the principles of the Protestant Reformed faith.
